Mahendra Agrawal is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from N.I.T and a postgraduate in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, U.S.A. He holds over four decades of diversified professional and business experience. He has initiated and managed businesses in the areas of consumer durables, industrial products, infrastructure development and logistics. He was with the Reliance Group for almost 15 years, first as Executive Director of the Silvassa unit, a greenfield polyester yarn manufacturing facility at a global scale and later as the President of Reliance Logistics Ltd., an integrated pan-India logistics service provider. Currently, he is working as the Director of India Money Mart, which is a tech-enabled online lending platform that brings together borrowers and lenders. Mahendra Agrawal has been instrumental in turning around many sick units in record time and has a passion for new and futuristic businesses. Being an active Rotarian and a visionary, he brings his vast knowledge, experience and network into play to excite and enable the team..

Arun Kumar Agarwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and possesses two decades of experience in the various areas of Indirect Taxation. He regularly represents the industry and trade bodies before the Government on numerous issues in Indirect Taxation. Presently, he is the Director of ARS Management Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., which is a leading management consultancy house in the field of Indirect Taxation namely Central Excise, Customs, Service Tax and State VAT since 2001, and now Good & Services Tax (GST). He is a regular corporate trainer and a visiting faculty on Indirect Taxes/ Accounting/ Auditing for Revenue officials as well as for various universities and institutes. Arun has contributed in many eminent books and he’s the author of “Commentary on West Bengal VAT” and “Practical Guide to WBVAT Audit”. He has also been regularly appearing in print and electronic media. With the help of his vast network, he brings in the excellent connectivity with many medium & large corporates.

Ashok Batra is a Law Graduate and renowned Chartered Accountant. In addition, he holds the privilege of completing his Graduation from prestigious institution of Delhi University i.e., Shri Ram College of Commerce. He is a practicing Chartered Accountant and is a Senior Partner in M/s A.K. Batra & Associates, a leading Chartered Accountancy Firm of Northern India for almost 4 decades. He has immense exposure in the field of Taxation with specialization in Delhi Value Added Tax (DVAT), Service Tax and Goods and Services Tax (GST). Many cases professionally represented by him and adjudicated in favor of his clients have been reported in prominent law journals. In order to share his diligently gained knowledge of Indirect Taxes with his professional fraternity, he has been writing Articles and Books ever since 2004. He has effectively addressed more than 1200 seminars and conferences on Indirect Taxes organized by Professional Institutes like ICAI, ICSI, Chamber of Commerce, Trade Associations, National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics [NACIN] nearly throughout India. His professional dedication and integrity of the highest standard have enabled him to be continuously associated with leading organizations both in public and private sectors.
